This coffee comes from the highest elevations of Bahia, Brazil, where exceptional growing conditions meet unique processing challenges. Due to high humidity and rainfall during the harvest, farmers transport their coffee cherries to a neighboring, warmer region. Along the 50km journey, the cherries undergo a special fermentation process in a closed truck for up to 24 hours. The result is a cup packed with vibrant fruity sweetness—a true taste of tropical Brazil.
